Matthew Abdallah started Federal Heating & Cooling because he was tired of watching homeowners get pushed into systems they didn't need, sold repairs that weren't necessary, and pressured into decisions on the worst day of their summer.

Years inside the HVAC industry taught him what most homeowners don't get a chance to see — the upsells, the scare tactics, the rushed Saturday-afternoon quotes. He believed there was a better way to do this work: explain every option, respect the customer's budget, and let them decide.
